


IGNITE pathways (pilot) program
Inspiring Growth, Navigation, Innovation, Transformation and Empowerment
IGNITE is a hands-on leadership, entrepreneurship and workplace readiness program for young people aged 14–22 who experience barriers to education, employment, social connection, and independence.
Working within a small, supported cohort, participants develop, create, market, and sell a real product or service building practical workplace and life skills along the way.



What participants Learn
Participants develop leadership and teamwork, workplace communication, emotional intelligence, entrepreneurship and innovation, financial literacy, budgeting, marketing and branding, problem-solving, and independent living skills all within a supportive, real-world environment.



Program Outcomes
Through IGNITE, participants may build confidence and self-belief, increase workplace readiness, develop communication and leadership skills, strengthen emotional wellbeing, improve budgeting and planning, increase independence, build meaningful peer connections, and explore pathways into employment, volunteering, and further education.
